Fix the deck door handles and the locking mechanism.

Hang the string lights back up over the deck.

Put the planter along the east side of the deck to use.

• Move the sauna to the SE side of the deck
• Attach a water feature on one side, shower on the other
• Reinstall siding on the sauna exterior

• Organize the shed, install organizing hooks
• Fix shed doors — remove doors, reattach plywood, fix structure
• Move ski gear from the downstairs room into the shed
• Hang the bikes

Fix the doors on the bear box — or replace it entirely with a new one similar to North Finch's.

• With the HVAC removed, build an extension out the back door for a laundry + mud room
• Clean up the current dryer exhaust

Depends on the HVAC removal (Fireplaces project).

• New entrance racks with actual hooks, so things stop falling off
• Install storage in the space above the shoe rack
• Hang a curtain over the downstairs room storage, or reinstall the folding door

Decide what to do with the new and walnut dining tables — the house only needs one.

Install a proper shower rod and curtain in the bathroom.

Fix the kitchen window — probably needs metal epoxy or new fixtures.

New piping needed for the house.

There appears to be a leak in the foundation on the drain side of the plumbing. Flagged in the home inspection — needs a professional to take a look.

• Upgrade existing 2-prong outlets to 3-prong
• Add outlets throughout the house — especially the upper-left bedroom and the downstairs room
